Terms & Conditions
Livewire Theatre Co – Membership Terms and Conditions
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between us, Livewire Theatre Co (LTC) and you, the Parent/Guardian. It is a legally binding agreement. These conditions are important to maintain standards and to ensure that all members gain the maximum benefit from their membership.
SIGNING UP TO THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
All classes must be booked in advance via the 'Class For Kids' booking system:
New members are entitled to a two-week trial session. This must be booked and paid for via the ‘Class For Kids’ booking system. All members wishing to secure a place at weekly classes, must subscribe to the monthly subscription via the ‘Class For Kids’ booking system.

HOW MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
Payments are only taken on 1st of each month. This date cannot be altered. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that payment details are valid and correct.
To update details on your account, please visit the ‘Class For Kids’ Parent Dashboard and enter the log in credentials that you created when enrolling your child: https://account.class4kids.co.uk/login.
New members will receive a ‘Cover Payment’ which will be added to your first payment. This fee is for classes attended prior to the payment date – this excludes the two-week trial session.
There is a £30.00 joining fee for all new members. This will be added to the first subscription payment.
Each online subscription booking is subject to availability and does not guarantee a place at LTC. Membership of LTC entitles you to apply to send your child to one of the LTC branches as per your subscription details. It is possible to move from one class or branch to another should the need arise. Changes to your subscription must be requested in writing to email : nikki@livewiretheatreco.com
The minimum membership period is one month. You must subscribe via our online 'Class For Kids' registration process for the minimum membership period unless your membership is terminated without liability, suspended or transferred in accordance with these terms.
FAILED PAYMENTS
In the event of a failed payment on 1st of the month, ‘Class For Kids’ will automatically make two further attempts to process payment on 4th and 7th of the month. You will be notified by email in the event of a failed payment. A Late Payment Admin Fee of £12.00 will automatically be applied to your account following three failed payment attempts. Late Payment Admin Fees are taken on the 1st of the month alongside the standard subscription payment.
FAILURE TO SETTLE OUTSTANDING FEES
If payment of subscription fees are not made in full for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend your membership which may result in your child’s place being withdrawn until outstanding payments are settled.
If your account falls into arrears on more than three occasions during any one school calendar year we reserve the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect.
TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
The termination period for monthly subscriptions is four weeks (one calendar month). This means that notice to terminate a subscription must be given on or before the 1st of the month to prevent one final further payment. Your child will be entitled to their scheduled classes until the end of the month/payment term.
Notice to terminate your subscription should be given by email:
We do not offer multi-class or sibling rate discounts. Should class discounts or promotions become available, all members will be notified by email.
LTC reserves the right to change the day, time and location of the sessions. Should this be restrictive to attendance the minimum notice period for termination of subscriptions will be waived.
We will suspend membership during the minimum membership period in the event that the child is unable to attend LTC for more than one month due to his/her injury or illness. In the unfortunate event that it is medically no longer possible for the child to attend any LTC class we will cancel the minimum membership period without any further obligation to you. We may require suitable medical evidence in the form of a GP or hospital letter setting out the medical reasons.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
From 1st November 2024, we will be applying an annual membership fee of £20.00 per pupils to all subscriptions. This is an admin fee to include all necessary insurances and licenses which aren’t covered in class cost. Members who join on or after 1st August will be exempt from the annual membership fee until 1st October 2025. (The annual membership fee does not apply to one-to-one singing students unless they also participate in a group class).
CLASS TIMETABLES
Class timetables may change. LTC will always endeavour to provide a sufficient notice period of a minimum of four weeks to members by email. Class teachers may change from time to time without notice. Class calendars are available in the Parents Area of our website and all events are available to view on the Events page of our website: https://www.livewiretheatreco.com/events/
CODE OF CONDUCT
